The EIUG is delighted to offer users an exchange of experience day on a number of front-line services. A full programme is attached. The day is free of charge, but delegates are asked to indicate, by email, their attendance to allow catering and accommodation to be planned.

Programme.
 
10:30am: Welcome and introductions – what participants hope to get from the day (inc. coffee).
11:00am: Session 1: Making the Ebsco Discovery System work with Millennium. Janet Aucock (University of St. Andrews) and Colin Sinclair (University of Stirling). A look at the joint procurement of Ebsco’s EDS and how it works with Millennium.
 
12:30: Lunch
13:00: Wellcome Tour.
 
13:30: Session 2: WebPac Plenary. Polly Dawes (University of Bradford). Share your thoughts, ideas and innovations on how to make the WebPac work more effectively. This will cover the latest example set and include ERM displays, InterLibrary Loans and Room Bookings.
14:30: Session 3: Encore 4.2. Andrew Preater (Senate HouseLibraries). Encore 4.2:  the upcoming Encore release. Find out what exciting new features it brings and learn how to customise it.
15:30: Tea/coffee & open forum.
16:00: Close.
