Hi,
we have noticed that latest lcg-util commands do not correctly work. In example:

It doesn't work in both ways: by specifying and do not specifying the token. We have configured that by default any file have to be assigned to a specific token if this is not declared.
With older lcg-util versions this is working ok:

lcg_util-1.11.16-2.sl5.x86_64
lcg_util-1.11.16-2.sl5.i386
