really useful How to manage people: A guide to the tools and techniques
required for new managers. This course is ideal for new or recently promoted
managers who need to build their skills in managing people. The session will
focus on:

o Looking at effective delegation

Understanding techniques for dealing with challenging situations

through case studies, practical tools and guidance in planning for effective
management.
