Dear all, I have a question about randomize, what type of input does it need? the correlation (r) image? the z(r) (Fisher's Transform) image? ... I have created the r and z(r) maps for a few GM ROIs (after doing the standard resting state fMRI pre-processing steps) and was wondering how to use "randomize" on the correlation maps.
