Hi Prof. Smith, Just curious if I'm correct to interpret the warping you mentioned as the nonlinear registration (i.e. fnirt). Is there any warping involved during the skeleton (de)projection? I meant I had decreased number of voxels after the deprojection to the nonlinearly-aligned FA, not the native FA. Thanks again in advance, Shengwei
