Hi, I´m looking for a function in FSL to get the local maxima of the clusters, like SPM table. I don`t know how I get it. I search in the mail-list and I saw your question. Do you know, now, how is it?

Dear FSLers,
I would like to get local maxima of a giant cluster in TBSS using --olmax in 'cluster', but I'm hesitant to use an 'arbitrary'
number for -n or --peakdisk. Is it possible to use the --olmax function in 'cluster' without using -n or --peakdisk?
If so, when using cluster without them does cluster apply presets for the number of local maxima it produces, regarding total
number or distance between the maxima?
If not, is there any guideline for the values to use?
