Hi Rodrigo,

FSLView and the VTK-Qt version that come with Ubuntu since 10.10 or 11.04
(not sure) are not compatible. You can either use 10.04, Mint 12, wait or
check into the mailing list for more information please.
Google can also be your best friend, today.
