I ran a higher level feat analysis on two separate groups. I tried to compare the groups for differences and I input both feat files in a higher level analysis but my output stats folder only gave a dof and logfile. Is there something special I need to do that I skipped when running higher level analysis on two feat folders that are already higher level analysis? Thanks!
