We are using EDI and subject tutors definitely cannot invigilate their own students; Key Skills are the same.......

Subject: Functional Skills
How is anyone managing functional skills exams in their centre? Our head of FS had someone in from C&G who told him and his team that they can invigilate their own students (paper based and online) as they are not subject to the JCQ regulations. I can’t find any up to date information from C&G on functional skills, but I’m not very comfortable with being responsible for the paper etc up to a point and then handing everything over to tutors who haven’t really got a clue.
