I struggle to think of the circumstances whereby "naming and shaming" could be achieved only by using CatE data. Can you publicise CatE data without thereby creating or adding to a relevant filing system?

Might not be a data protection issue:

 

(a) if the landlord is a company, or

(b) if the landlord is an individual and the naming and shaming is done by the use of category (e) data (assuming the personal data are accurate).

 

ISEB DP candidates should know why (b) works!
