Sounds cat-astrophic :-) Maybe you could cat-nap the vet and demand the
records as ransom ?
If Tiddles is under 12 surely you can be considered his legal guardian
and request his personal data ? Or do different rules apply to health
records , even if they are a cat's ? :-)
