Nope it's all disclosable. There are loads of ICO and tribunal
decisions which support disclosure. I can point you to some if you
wish.

As part of a request the amounts charged by hardware IT support
suppliers have been asked for. One of the suppliers has claimed
exemption under 43(2) commercially sensitive. Does this sound right?
Also is the www.foiwiki.com a good source of info on FOI?
