All is not lost re the cat

Assuming that the vet's bill has been paid by a living individual (e.g. It
has not put it down as a business expense), and there were to be a subject
access request, would the obligation to make the personal data
"intelligible" include the provision of fuller details of what the vet's
procedures and what he is charging for?

If the cat died as a result of negligence, then of course there are other
avenues!

I don't know how the insurance industry works, but surely they need details
of any claim.

Hi - I was going to say that we had a request for a kitten's information
which we answered under FOISA. However, the vet is obviously not a public
authority under the Act so I understand the predicament. Not sure which
venue she could go down other than put in a complaint to the Royal College
of Veterinary Surgeons?
