Dear SPM users,<br><br>I wish to run a seeded connectivity analysis, and have 2 main questions:<br><br>1.)   I&#39;ve extracted the eigenvariates for the maximally activated voxel during my task; what are the next steps?  How is this VOI entered into a new GLM?<br>
2.)   Significant activation only appears at the group level - is it acceptable to define seed regions/perform a seeded connectivity analysis (or PPI for that matter) on a group level rather than an individual level?<br><br>
