First: thanks for the quick reply. 

After setting up the contrast with: 


To setup this contrast:
P.Contrasts(1).left={'E_re'}
P.Contrasts(2).right={'E_nre'}

I keep getting the following error message: 

RROR 1: P.Contrasts(1).right is not formatted correctly.
ERROR 2: P.Contrasts(2).left is not formatted correctly.
One or more inputs are not correct.
ERROR 1:P.Contrasts(1).right is not formatted correctly.
ERROR 2:P.Contrasts(2).left is not formatted correctly.
errorvals saved to errorvals.mat

Other setting in my template are: 

P.Contrasts(1).MinEvents=1
P.Contrasts(1).STAT='T'
P.Contrasts(2).MinEvents=1
P.Contrasts(2).STAT='T'

Because only P.Contrasts(1).left & P.Contrasts(2).right have been defined: do I have to set Contrasts(1).left='none' & Contrasts(2).right='none'? Find the errvals & my template attached to the post.
