I have tried what you said: for exporting EGIS, the NetSation says "Can't write the EGIS file. Observations are too long." So I cannot export EGIS file; for exporting 'simple binary', it works, but there is error when I load *.raw in Matlab.
The error is:
load C1Rachael20111209qrsbcg.raw
??? Error using ==> load
Number of columns on line 1 of ASCII file C:\fMRI\DATA\20111209.raw
must be the same as previous lines.
Have you tried that?

To my knowledge SPM cannot import automatically mat files exported from NetStation. But it can import formats called 'simple binary' and EGIS that you should also be able to export.

Dear guys,
Nice to meet you! Would anyone help me? I am using SPM8 but I cannot convert data recorded by Net Station 4.5.1 (EGI) . I had save EEG file as *.mat, then I imported the data from Netstation Matlab files but message showed that "Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options". So how can I analysis data by SPM8?
