Dear SPMırs I would like to perform a functional study to assess the influence of 3 ( A; B and C) scales on whole brain activation. I also want to control for age and sex. I think the best way to do it is to perform a multiple regression with 5 covariates (A B C Age Sex). My main question is what contrast should I use to check the correlation between for instance A and whole brain activation? Should it be a t-test or a F-test? Thanks for all the help, Miguel.
