thank you very much for these precisions. My only problem is that even in the DICOM hdr fields, I cannot identify one of these fields corresponding to this information. Maybe I did not identify this information well.

Hi Harold,
I don't think that there is any way for you to distinguish between the
possibility of sequential vs. interleaved acquisitions simply based on
the ordering of the voxel coordinates.  (Because interleaved
acquisitions get un-interleaved in terms of the slice ordering when the
DICOMs are written).  So, you'll need to look in the DICOM fields
themselves to know whether the acquisition was interleaved or
sequential.
