Dear SPMers, we are implementing a skin conductance measurement in our mri-environment and have experimented with different filters to account for artefacts in our fmri data. We have measured some phantoms and they look quite good - but is there a more sophisticated way to assess the quality of our mri data? Thanks in advance & best regards ben
