Dear Vivek,
DCM.Pp means the conditional probabitlities of the DCM.Ep you get. You can find what you need in "spm_dcm_erp.m"(line 239~255).
  Hope this helps.
  Best regards.

Hi Haoran,

Thank you for the reply. I did look at this file, but the output structure is not exactly what I am getting which is why I was confused. It does create the DCM.Ep but the code does not explain the different elements of the structure that I get. I am also getting a DCM.Pp output structure which is not listed in that code. spm_nlsi and spm_nlsi_GN also do not have the DCM.Pp output. Any other thoughts?

Best,

Vivek

Dear Vivek,
You can get a detailed description of these parameters from "spm_nlsi_N.m" in the spm toolbox.
  Hope this helps.

Dear all,

I was wondering where I could get a description of the contents of the DCM output, specifically the items within the DCM.Ep and DCM.Pp structures.

Thanks,

Vivek
