Dear Vivek, DCM.Pp means the conditional probabitlities of the DCM.Ep you get. You can find what you need in "spm_dcm_erp.m"(line 239~255). Hope this helps. Best regards. I did look at this file, but the output structure is not exactly what I am getting which is why I was confused. It does create the DCM.Ep but the code does not explain the different elements of the structure that I get. I am also getting a DCM.Pp output structure which is not listed in that code. spm_nlsi and spm_nlsi_GN also do not have the DCM.Pp output. Any other thoughts? Hope this helps. -- Haoran LI (M.Sc) Brain Imaging Lab, Research Center for Learning Science, Southeast University, Nanjing, P.R.China At 2012-01-14 06:12:08,"Buch, Vivek (NIH/NINDS) [G]" <[log in to unmask]> wrote: Dear all, I was wondering where I could get a description of the contents of the DCM output, specifically the items within the DCM.Ep and DCM.Pp structures.
