Dear all, How can I do a topological FDR in SPM2? I have already done the fMRI data analysis using SPM2, and I have reported the activation using voxel-wised FDR, however, the reviewer asked for a topogical FDR. So how can I do a topological FDR in SPM2, or is there any other way that I can show my results using topological FDR without reanalyzing the data. or any suggestions to solve this reviewer's comments?
