Files go missing at office of housing societies registrar - The Times of India<br><span name="advenueINTEXT" id="advenueINTEXT">GURGAON: In what could set the alarm bells ringing, files are going missing from the office of the  <a href="http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/topic/registrar-of-cooperative-societies">registrar of cooperative societies</a> (RCS) frequently in recent months. <br>

 One of the office clerks, Ishwar Singh, has lodged a complaint with the
 assistant and deputy registrars that the receipt and dispatch register
