Chris: What version of Windows 7 do you have? My netbook runs on basic, my desktop on home premium. I don't do graphics on the former, but I use it for everything else. I photoshop and design books on the latter. And I use firefox on both. So far I've been delighted--not a single crash. -----Original Message----- >From: Chris Jones <[log in to unmask]> >Sent: Jan 4, 2012 7:38 AM >To: [log in to unmask] >Subject: windows 7 > >OK... thanks to the high aust dollar I now have two toshiba netbooks for >far, far, far less then half the price of a macbook pro! > >However, I must say that Windows 7 is a load of (expletive deletive) crap. > >Like all previous versions of the MS operating system it still has >crashing problems with high memory usage and I get a blue wriggling line >of death.
