Good morning everyone, I was wondering if any of you could advise.... I have received an absence referral from line Manager. Employee has been off since Christmas closure, med certificate states ‘detox due to alcohol addiction’. Line Manager says she is presently in Canada and has provided a phone number to contact her there. I would really like to hear your opinions of how to deal with this.
