Could you do both?

It's quite clear from calendars of the months, etc (eg in the Berry Hours) that Aries was seen as a Spring sign-- it usually turns up for April I htink-- so it should certainly go over an eastward window if there is one. Putting Leo over the dais is a brilliant conceit; it rather depends on how high your opinion of yourself is, whether you feel like re-orienting the whole circle to put Leo over your dais, or like re-positioning your dais to put it under Leo in its proper (a bit west of southward) position.
