The Calder Bookshop and Inside Film will be screening a series of short films made by serving prisoners. There will also be a screening of the latest Inside Film production 'Bare Inequality'.
The inside Film project uses film as a political and educational tool teaching the theory and pactice of film to those who would not usually have access to this kind of theorectical grounding and practical training. It does this in order to foster a critical engagement with the society in which we live. So..these films are about education, politics, film and so much more..come and see the films and join in the discussion with the film makers.
