AHRC PhD Studentship – German Language & Culture (1 award) The University of Leeds

The University of Leeds is pleased to announce Arts and Humanities Research Council funding(subject to confirmation) for a wide range of PhD studentships for study starting in academic year 2012/13.

1 Doctoral award will be available in the subject area of German Language & Culture.

UK students will be eligible for a full award, covering academic fees at the UK/EU Research Council rate and a maintenance grant. EU candidates will be eligible for an award paying Research Council rate academic fees only, except in exceptional circumstances or where residency in the UK has been established for more than 3 years prior to the start of the course. How to Apply



PhD applicants wishing to apply for an AHRC scholarship must have submitted their Application Form<http://www.leeds.ac.uk/rsa/postgraduate_scholarships/AHRC-AppForm12> to the School by Friday 2nd March 2012 and must be in receipt of an offer of an academic place by Monday 16th April 2012 at the latest.
