Dear colleagues,
This is a final reminder and update regarding our meeting our BGA/RAS/IGS/The Geological Meeting on the 'The Geophysics of the Cryosphere and Glacial Products: Properties, Processes and Technical Advances', which will take place on 9-10 February 2012 in the Burlington House, Home of The Geological Society of London, UK. We cordially invite international contributions from all areas of geophysics and associated disciplines as applied or relevant to present-day ice masses, ice cores, frozen ground or snow. Likewise, we are keen to receive contributions on the application of geophysical and associated techniques to glacial materials and products to reconstruct past ice masses, dynamics, and hydrology.

and abstract submission deadline is tomorrow, Friday 6th January 2012.
The registration deadline is Friday, 13th January 2012 (see website link below)
Prof. David Vaughan (British Antarctic Survey, UK), Prof. Robin Bell (Lamond-Doherty Earth Observatory, USA) and Prof. Christian Hauck (University of Fribourg, Switzerland) will be the keynote speakers at the event, and we have already received many very exciting abstract from across the international cryospheric community.
