As I am sure many of you are aware the Arts Council
announced its Major Grants funding yesterday. Sixteen museum organisations
around the country were lucky enough to receive funding and I pass my
congratulations on to them. However there were some significant areas of the
country missed out including South Yorkshire and the If you believe that the balance needs to be readdressed
