An invitation to apply for a Learning Fellowship on the Clore Leadership Programme

‘The Clore Fellowship provided me with an amazing opportunity to test ideas and find out who I could be. I like this more considered version of me: passion, drive and energy tempered with a bit more thought and not needing to race. It has helped me make better sense of the world personally and professionally.’

2010/11 Learning Fellow

The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional individuals working in education with cultural organisations; or at a senior level within formal education, who demonstrate a particular commitment to the cultural sector.

The Fellowship Programme aims to shape emerging creative leaders through in-depth learning, tailored as far as possible to the needs, aspirations and circumstances of about 25 to 30 individuals a year. Fellows also benefit from unparalleled access to senior cultural leaders and to extensive networks.

The structure of the programme includes:

Fellows can choose to take a period of around six months away from work and receive a bursary while undertaking their programme, or continue to be attached to their place of work, with their employer being compensated for the sustained periods when they're away.

We also welcome applications for General Fellowships from people working across a wide range of creative and cultural activity, and from those from outside the cultural sector who want to develop as a leader within it. In addition, we offer some Fellowships focused on particular specialisms or geographical areas.  These vary from year to year and can be found on our website.

The closing date for all applications is 12 noon, 24 February 2012. For further details on the Programme and to access the online application form, please visit www.cloreleadership.org

Please do feel free to circulate this e-flyer to your networks.
