Dear Benjamin, Thank you for your quick response. My first goal is that I want to do some ICA analysis without pre-processing steps. In fact I have done pre-processing for my data and right now, I just want to do "Stats" and "Post-stats" steps. But in GUI we have to do all steps. Secondly, Since I try to do some comparison, I want to do BASH programing to get ride of changing the parameter manually. Cheers, Armin,
