Try to run bandpass filter with fslmaths -bptf, and follow the previous relevant thread to calculate the sigma with (1/f)/TR. However the result is always double the numbers used in melodic gui. For example, TR 2s, high pass cutoff 0.01Hz, sigma=50; but in melodic gui, in the "Data" card, if I specify "High pass filter cutoff" to 100, then in the report_log, the number after -bptf is 25, which seems to me that sigma=25. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for any help Ray
