Hi - if you edit
$FSLDIR/tcl/glm.tcl
and change the following line, you can change this limit.
LabelSpinBox  $w.npts -textvariable fmri(npts) -label " # timepoints " -range {2 10000 1} -command "$w.npts.spin.e validate; glm:updatenpts $w" -modifycmd "glm:updatenpts $w"

Cheers.

Dear experts,
I have an fMRI experiment with 22 subjects, each with 485 volumes. I’m analyzing group data with Multi-session Tensor-ICA option at MELODIC, which yields 65 independent components. Each IC has its own timecourse, which in this experiment corresponds to 10,670 timepoints. Using the file melodic_mix as data source, I’m running the command fsl_glm to statistically link each IC to the most significant EVs. To generate EVs’ timecourses I’m using GLM Setup.
The problem that I’m facing now is the existence of a ceiling at 10,000 timepoints in GLM Setup. As I have 10,670 the GUI automatically changes the value to 10,000 again and… I can’t generate my EVs (or I only generate 10,000 timepoints).
Am I doing something wrong? Is there a command line version for GLM Setup that has no ceiling? Is there any way to overcome this issue?
Kind regards,
Jose Paulo Santos
