Hi there all FSL users, I am using the John Hopkins Uni atlas incorporated in FSL. I am trying to create a mask for the fornix. However, the fornix only appears in JHU White matter Labels but not in the JHU Tractography Atlas. Does anyone know how to create a mask with the fornix from there ? Thanks a lot, Bonnie
