In addition to this, the AccessApps suite (free set of applications) contains two applications that may be of interest: T-Bar is a screen masking tool, and VuBar is a tool that allows users to read text one line at a time.
This can be obtained from the JISC TechDis website, or from the official EduApps website.

Subject: Reading Rulers
Hi all
I was just wondering if there are any good virtual reading rulers to download? I have used the text highlighting option in THR&W but I have been asked by a few students if there is a separate program available that allows a user to move a virtual ruler down a screen when reading.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Tim
