Hi again Heather I have just talked to Dolphin (who I used to work for many, many years ago and whith whom have good contacts). Neil Hall on the technical support desk is not aware of this problem or what happened to you. He advises you to upgrade your version from 12.02 to 12.06 which is the current version. He also said that between version 12.02 and 12.06 there were over a hundred fixes implemented. If you then upgrade and there are still problems he asked that you contact him at Dolphin in Worcester, 01905 754577 and he will help.
