I know its not in the UK, but one of your best bets would be the Museum of Domestication in Halle (museum fur haustierkunde), Germany. I'm not sure on how many goats they have but I know they have several hundred sheep skeletons.

> Dear Zooarchers,
> I'm interested in the role of goat in medieval England. One of the aims of my study is to analyse in depth the morphological differences between sheep and goat and try to find a bio-metrical confirmation of these differences. For these reasons, I was wondering if someone knows where I can find a modern reference collection of goat (possibly in U.K.).
