Dear SPM users,
In our results, we saw several voxels were activated
but out of the glass brain in SPM (please see the figures in attachment). We
checked the images after normalization already. The images seems to be quite OK,
and we also checked the coordinates which are supposed out of the glass
brain, but according to the coordinates reported by SPM, the brain
activation are in brain area, for example, 22 -62 -46
is located in Fusiform Gyrus.
We also put the images before and after normalization,
please help us to check whether they are OK. If they are OK,
is there any reason can explain this problem?
