Dear Users, We are extracting time series from ROIs. We have noticed that irrespective of region or participant, we always have extremely high values at both ends of the time series. These do not disappear when we adjust the data. Examining these same raw time series in FSL, do not show similar extreme values at the ends. We wonder where they are coming from and how to get rid of them. We thank you in advance for any useful tips. Johnny and Pia
