OER3 PG Certificate Development Projects

In association with JISC, the Higher Education Academy are pleased to invite the submission of proposals for projects to develop Post Graduate Certificate programmes for new staff so that it becomes culturally acceptable for them to develop, use and repurpose Open Educational Resources in their evolving teaching practice. Funding has been provided by the Higher Education Funding Council for England to enable us to offer grants of up to £20,000 per project.

Proposals may be submitted by Higher Education (HE) Institutions in England funded by HEFCE. FE institutions in England that teach HE to more than 400 FTEs are also eligible to bid provided proposals demonstrate work that supports the HE in FE agenda. HE and FE institutions in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales are not eligible to bid but may be involved as partners in proposals led by HE institutions funded by HEFCE or FE institutions in England which meet the criteria outlined above.

The deadline for receipt of proposals in response to this call is 12:00 noon on Monday 9th January 2012.

Information on how to submit a proposal can be found on the Higher Education Academy’s website at www.heacademy.ac.uk/funding.

If you would like to discuss your project before submitting a proposal, please contact: [log in to unmask].

End.
