Hi Kat,

The UK Clinical Research Facility network normally has CRF open days
at their facilities and may be worth exploring.

Also, May 18th every year is International Clinical Trials day.  The
international event is taking place in Dublin this year and is being
coordinated by the Irish Clinical Research Infrastructure Network.
There may be a formal demonstration there that you could maybe link
into.
