I wonder if anyone has any information they would like to share about how their libraries, and also their education/training departments, ensure that they align with clinical management units and priorities. Good examples of where it works, and collaborative development takes place, would be gratefully received, together with any descriptions of the effects of organisational change moving towards this state – or even away from it!
