Here's a nice one for a Friday

Stats for above procedure

For UK or UK countries

        Conversion to open procedure

        Mortality within 30 months

        Complication rates:

                common bile duct injury         a doctor has the figure 3 per 1000 in their mind, but can't remember where from, and wants me to find out(!)
                bowel injury                    a doctor has the figure 3 per 1000 in their mind, but can't remember where from, and wants me to find out(!)
                retained stone                  a doctor has the figure 2% in their mind, but can't remember where from, and wants me to find out(!)

I have consulted UpToDate, Cochrane, Google ( & Scholar), NICE, PubMed

I see there is something on the NHS Institute http://www.nhsinstituteworldwideshop.org/store.cfm?deptid=2&prodid=20, but it costs £45 to us plebs in Jersey, who can't access NHS Evidence either.

So far I've unearthed stats from USA and Italy, among others, but none from the UK that answer the query

Any suggestions?
