Hi David,

In West Yorkshire there is a scheduled bell pit site, called Bentley Grange (List Entry Number: 1005786) - the site consists of a group of c. 50 bellpits dug for the purpose of ironstone extraction, and thought to be 16th-century in date.

Has anyone attempted to have Bell Pita scheduled? I checked the heritage list for England but could not find any I would be lion if I said I had tried any combination of terms.
