How on earth can 80,000 breast implants be used on women in Western Europe with no-one noticing that the wrong type of silicon is being used? Which regulatory authority has failed? Are hips being made of cast iron on the QT? Can companies sell medical product without having insurance that survives the closure of the production company? There seem questions here well beyond whether rapid removal is justified. J
