Joining our Schools and Families team, this role is an
exciting opportunity to support
You will lead and co-ordinate a wide ranging team at
Kew, including the school team, Kew teachers, volunteers and informal learning
team, to provide effective operation, development and delivery of high quality
learning experiences for visiting schools and families.
Reporting to the Head of Schools and Families and working
with colleagues across the Public Engagement and Learning
Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant
subject, you will have solid experience of staff management and teaching, along
with training and/or mentoring experience. An excellent understanding of the
management of schools’ programmes is essential, along with a well-rounded
knowledge of plant science, conservation and learning environments.
