Dear FSLer, I have cortical masks provided for SPM MNI templates. Since the FOV are different in FSL (1mm MNI standard brain), I cannot overlay them in FSLview. How can I transform the mask images from SPM MNI to FSL templates? I am looking forward to your answer. Thank you for your help. Best, Robert
