As my subjects have a lot of neck....I have used -R option because I want to use the results for volume calculation (WM, GM and total volume)....FLIRT....FAST....and then SIENAX....but though I am using -R option, binari masks continue taking long neck and I don&#39;t know what to do whit those results....<br>
