Yes, a missing file seems likely. The feat script that
lives in /usr/bin/fsl/bin/fsl calls the design.mat file on line 571
(bolded in the attached file for ease of reference). There is a

trouble deciphering whether this is where the script is expecting the
file to be.
Also, the task being carried out by line of the script that is
referenced in the error message (line 199, also bolded) is not clear to
