Yes, a missing file seems likely.  The feat script that lives in /usr/bin/fsl/bin/fsl calls the design.mat file on line 571 (bolded in the attached file for ease of reference).  There is a design.mat file in the /usr/bin/fsl/bin/fsl directory.  I am having trouble deciphering whether this is where the script is expecting the file to be.

Also, the task being carried out by line of the script that is referenced in the error message (line 199, also bolded) is not clear to me.  I would very much appreciate if you could take a look at the attached script and provide some guidance.  I apologize for what is surely a pedantic question.
